Plans Overview
Frankfig is available on four plans. Every plan can send one-way messages. Free includes one new two-way secure thread a month; on Plus and Enterprise, the number of threads you can start is unlimited. Starter does not include two-way threads.

Billing cycle
Plans are billed monthly. Plus is billed per user — the number of active users in your organisation at the time you subscribe. Support users are not billed.
What counts as a page?
Pages are counted on every plan. Only the Free plan has a monthly limit — 10 pages. On Starter, Plus and Enterprise there is no page limit: pages are still counted and shown on your Billing page, but nothing is held back and no send is refused for volume.
What one send spends depends on what the recipient receives:
- A secure link spends the page count of the document you attach.
- An email spends 1. There is no page in an email body, so nothing is estimated from its length.
- A secure (network) message spends 1.
- A fax spends the pages of the fax that is actually sent.
A send is counted once, whichever way it ends up being delivered: if the first attempt does not land and Frankfig falls back to another channel, that does not add pages. A send that fails and is retried is also counted once.
On Free, scheduled sends set their pages aside when you schedule them, not when they go out — so the allowance you see already accounts for work that is queued. On a paid plan there is no allowance to set anything aside from.
Messages sent inside a two-way thread do not count, and neither does inviting someone into a thread with a link. What is counted against a monthly number is how many threads you START: one on Free, unlimited on Plus and Enterprise.
On Free, if a document's page count cannot be read, the send is refused rather than counted as a guess. Replace the file and send again.
On a paid plan the send goes ahead instead: there is no monthly allowance to spend, so nothing has to be guessed. The send is recorded for the month with its page count left unknown.
