What is Frankfig?
Frankfig is a secure document-delivery platform for Australian practices. It lets you send a document to a client as a secure link, and records when they view it — without printing, scanning, or posting anything.

| Secure link | The way a document travels: Frankfig holds the PDF and emails the recipient a link that opens it in their browser. No account needed at their end |
| Thread | A two-way conversation with another party, with documents attached. The app shows your industry's word for it — Matters, Listings or Referrals. Free includes one new thread a month; Starter has none; Plus and Enterprise are unlimited |
| Matter, Listing file or Case | A grouping of sends, threads and documents for a single piece of work (a property settlement, a client retainer, an episode of care). The app shows your industry's word for it. Plus and Enterprise only |

Who can use Frankfig?
- Law firms — send retainer letters, affidavits, and settlement documents
- Real estate agencies — send contracts of sale, agency agreements, and disclosure statements
- Health practices — send referrals, results, and reports
- Anyone else — choose Other and the app uses plain words (Messages, Cases)
