Inviting Team Members

Add colleagues to your Frankfig organisation so they can send documents and take part in the threads they are added to.

Who can invite team members?

Only Admins can send invitations. If you do not see Organisation in the left navigation, ask an Admin to invite the person, or to make you an Admin.

Sending an invitation

  1. Go to Organisation in the left navigation.
  2. Scroll to the Team section.
  3. Click Invite user.
  4. Enter the person's email address and select their role (see Roles and Permissions). Choose Support and you are also asked which Professional they work for.
  5. Click Send invite.

The invitee receives an email with a link to accept the invitation and set their password. They enter their own name when they accept, then set up their authenticator app at first sign-in. Invitations expire after 7 days — if one lapses, you can send it again from the Team list.

Pending invitations

The Team list shows everyone who has been invited but has not signed in yet. Each of those rows offers:

  • Resend — sends the invitation email again with a fresh link, and tells you if it did not go out
  • Revoke — withdraws the invitation, stops the emailed link working, and frees the seat

Suspending a team member

There is no "remove" action: an account that has done anything in Frankfig is kept, so the record of what it did is kept with it. To take someone's access away:

  1. Find them in the Team list.
  2. Click Suspend on their row.
  3. Confirm.

They are signed out of every session immediately and cannot sign in again. Their data and audit trail are kept, and everything they created stays in your organisation's account. The same row then offers Reactivate, which gives their access back straight away.

A Support user whose Professional has left

A Support user works for one Professional. If that Professional is suspended or leaves, the Support user's account is locked until you attach them to someone else — the Team row offers Restore access to do it.

Seats

Each plan has a number of places: Free 2, Starter 5, Plus 15, Enterprise unlimited. Every active person — Professional, Support or Admin — takes one. Support users take a place but are not billed.
